Which fire risk assessment standards does AssessHub support?
AssessHub ships built-in checklist templates for PAS 79-1:2020 (premises other than housing), PAS 79-2:2020 (housing), BS 9792:2025 (the 2025 British Standard for fire risk assessment of housing) and an enhanced PAS 79 variant. You choose the standard when you create the assessment and the report records which one it was written to. Any built-in template can be cloned and edited to match your own methodology.

Yes. Can the client update the action plan?
Yes. The action plan in the PDF links to a page in the assessor’s branding. The responsible person marks each action not started, in progress or done, and can leave a comment. Those updates show on the action plan in AssessHub and do not change the risk score.
