Which checklist templates does AssessHub include?
Built-in templates for PAS 79-1:2020, an Enhanced PAS 79 variant, PAS 79-2:2020 Domestic and BS 9792:2025 Domestic — the 2025 British Standard for fire risk assessment of housing — plus a template wizard so your team can clone a built-in and tailor sections and questions to your methodology. Once any assessment uses a template its structure locks so answers stay consistent; further edits are made by duplicating to a new template.
Can I pin observations on a floor plan?
Yes. Upload floor plans (images or PDFs) to the assessment, then drop a pin for each observation — from the Plans tab or straight from the observation card. Pins appear on the plans in the issued PDF so clients can see exactly where each finding sits.
Does AssessHub support video evidence?
