Install AssessHub

AssessHub installs from the browser. There is nothing to download from an app store. Once it is on the home screen or the desktop it opens full screen, and it updates itself.

iPhone or iPad

Use Safari. Sign in at assesshub.co.uk first, so the icon opens straight into your account.

  1. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
  2. Scroll the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.
  3. Tap Add.
  4. Open AssessHub from the new icon on the home screen.

Notifications on an iPhone only work from that icon, not from a browser tab.

Android

Use Chrome.

  1. Open assesshub.co.uk and sign in.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu.
  3. Tap Install app, or Add to Home screen.
  4. Confirm, then open AssessHub from the icon.

Chrome sometimes shows an Install banner on its own. That does the same thing.

Laptop or desktop

Chrome and Edge on Windows or Mac.

  1. Open assesshub.co.uk and sign in.
  2. Click the install icon at the right of the address bar (a screen with a downward arrow), or open the browser menu and choose Install AssessHub.
  3. It then opens in its own window, like any other program.

On a Mac, Safari can do it too: open the site, then choose File, then Add to Dock.
