Pricing covers the Fire Safety module — fire risk assessments and fire door inspections. Upcoming modules such as asbestos and water hygiene will be priced per module, so you only pay for the assessments your team delivers.
How the seat model works
An assessor seat is capacity for one named assessor. Your subscription quantity is your assessor count; active assessors plus pending assessor invitations can never exceed it. Adding a seat charges the prorated amount immediately and sends the invitation once payment is confirmed. Removing a member frees their seat instantly; removing a seat takes effect from the next billing period. During the 14-day free trial your team is capped at 1 assessor seat; the cap lifts the moment the trial converts to a paid subscription. Prefer to skip the trial? You can subscribe straight away with as many seats as you need.
Billing questions
Who counts as a paid seat?
Only assessors. Owners, office admins and QC reviewers are free and do not consume a paid seat. If an owner or office admin is also given the "acts as an assessor" grant, that person then counts as a paid seat — same as promoting someone to assessor.
How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay £100 per month (+ VAT) for each assessor seat on your plan. Your subscription quantity equals your assessor capacity; active assessors plus pending assessor invitations can never exceed it. Owners, office admins and QC sit outside that count.
How do I add a seat?
From the account page, enter the new team member’s email and choose "Add seat & invite". The prorated amount for the current billing period is charged to the card on file immediately, and the invitation is sent as soon as payment is confirmed.
What happens when I remove a seat?
Removing a seat takes effect from your next billing period — there is no partial refund for the current one. Removing a team member frees their seat instantly for a new invitation.
Can two assessors share one seat?
No. Seats are per named user, protected by multi-factor authentication and a two-device session limit. Sharing logins undermines the audit trail that makes your reports defensible.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new team can start with a 14-day free trial that includes 1 assessor seat, with the full product: assessments, door inspections, AI write-up and PDF exports. A card is taken at sign-up but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then. Extra seats can be added as soon as the trial converts to a paid subscription — or you can skip the trial entirely and subscribe straight away with as many seats as you need.
How do I pay, and can I get invoices?
Billing is handled by Stripe — card payment, VAT invoices and billing history are available from the self-serve billing portal in your account. Prices are exclusive of VAT; VAT is added at checkout based on your location, and VAT-registered businesses can enter their VAT number at checkout.
