1. Essential cookies

These are strictly necessary to provide the service and are always active. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

• Authentication cookies (set by our provider Clerk, e.g. __session) — keep you signed in securely and enforce session/device limits. Essential; lifetime up to 7 days or as configured by your organisation.
• Security tokens (CSRF and similar) — protect forms and API requests. Essential; session lifetime.
• Preference storage (localStorage, not a cookie) — remembers device-side settings such as offline downloads, draft autosaves and your analytics choice. Stays on your device.

2. Analytics cookies (with your consent)

On the public marketing website only — never inside the signed-in application — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. It runs in consent mode: no analytics cookies are set unless you choose "Accept" on the cookie bar. If you accept, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (e.g. _ga, lifetime up to 2 years) that give your browser a random identifier; we do not use it for advertising and IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4.

3. Payments

When you visit the billing checkout or customer portal, Stripe sets cookies on its own domains for fraud prevention and to operate the payment session. See Stripe’s cookie policy for details.

4. Reviews

The public marketing website links to our Trustpilot profile from the footer. That link does not load a Trustpilot script or set a Trustpilot cookie on this site. If you follow it, you are on Trustpilot’s own website, which has its own privacy notice.

5. Consent and changing your mind

Essential cookies do not require consent under UK PECR. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept the cookie bar; declining (or ignoring) it means no analytics cookies are used. Your choice is remembered on this device — to change it, clear this site’s data in your browser and the bar will ask again on your next visit.

6. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but blocking the essential cookies above will prevent you from signing in to the application.
